Have you ever struggled with distracting thoughts while trying to find peace?
This workshop will reveal ways to cut through the mental noise and access the deep silence within.

Ashirvad started practicing meditation and spirituality 25 years ago, under the teachings of the late Indian spiritual master Sri Chinmoy. Since being encouraged by Sri Chinmoy to offer meditation workshops internationally in 2005, Ashirvad has been offering them in more than 50 countries in Europe, America, and Asia, to thousands of seekers.
The workshops are suitable for both beginners and experienced seekers and will cover a variety of topics related to a modern approach to spirituality. The five meditation classes during the Berlin Meditation Week are sequential and introduce progressively advanced topics, therefore for the maximum benefit you are encourraged to attend most or all them starting from the first one on Monday.

During this evening Abhinabha dives deeper into the subject of challenges, introducing the 30-day meditation challenge. In the follow-up to this evening you are challenged to meditate every day for 30 consecutive days. Each day you receive an inspirational message containing a nugget of spiritual and highly applicable wisdom to encourage you in your ongoing meditation journey. At the end of these 30 days you have built up a solid meditation practice. You will develop more clarity and peace of mind, as well as the discipline to continue the journey.
Drawing from both his own practice and universal spiritual laws Abhinabha inspires you to see the beauty and opportunity in your own daily challenges. He also offers a path how you can use every day life challenges for spiritual growth and character building.

Abhinabha Tangerman is a meditation teacher, author, musician and triathlete from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. He has lectured on meditation and spiritual practice for over two decades, conveying both a deep and practical wisdom that stems from his own practice of 25 plus years of meditation and spiritual life.

Sadanand Magee, from Dublin, Ireland, is a tabla player, marathon runner, and owner of a big music store in his homecity. His journey is all about music, rhythm, athleticism and spirituality.
At Berlin Meditation Week, Sadanand will dive into the connection between meditation, music and sport, sharing insights from his experiences.

During the Meditation Week, you have the opportunity to meditate every evening in a group, exchange ideas with other seekers, and learn new things about meditation, modern spirituality, and ancient wisdom. Admission starts at 7:00 pm, and the program begins daily at 7:30 pm and lasts untill aroxx. 9:30 p.m

We highly encourage you to attend each evening if possible, as each night builds thematically and energetically on the previous one.

FRIEDEN ist das, was wir am meisten brauchen, was niemand hat; das erste wesentliche Bedürfnis nach Glück und Fortschritt. Frieden im Verstand ist die Tür zur Meditation.

Themen: Selbstfindung; alles ist innerhalb; wir meditieren schon alle; Meditation der natürlichste Zustand des Seins; Aufrichtigkeit und Intensität; tägliche Praxis. 

Übungen: Atmung; Konzentration. 

Dienstag 8.Mai  LIEBE: die ultimative Vereinigung 

LIEBE ist die Essenz unseres Wesens und unserer Matrix des Universums; der geheime Name Gottes. LIEBE ist der Schlüssel zum Erfolg und Fortschritt in der Meditation. 

Themen: Das spirituelle Herz; wir sind geistige Wesen; sich selbst -geben; die Kraft der Reinheit; Einheit; Begeisterung; Dankbarkeit. 

Übungen: Kreative Visualisierung 

Mittwoch 9.Mai  LICHT: die ultimative Wahrheit 

LICHT ist Selbstwahrnehmung, Weisheit, Intuition und Erleuchtung. LICHT enthüllt unseren Weg zur Selbstfindung. Themen: Bewusstsein; der Verstand und das Herz; sympathische Resonanz; Wissen, Werden und Sein; Hindernisse überwinden. Übungen: Kerzenmeditation; der stille Geist. 

Donnerstag 10.Mai GLüCKLICHSEIN das ultimative Spiel

GLüCK kommt von dem wer wir sind, nicht von dem was wir tun. GLüCKLICHSEIN ist unser erstes grundlegendes Menschenrecht, Spielplatz unseres wahren Selbst. 

Themen: Die fünf Ebenen des Seins; endlich und unendlich; das Ego und die Selbstlosigkeit; kindliche Begeisterung; spiritueller Fortschritt als Weg zum Ziel.Übungen: Mantras. 

Freitag 11.5. FREIHEIT: das ultimative Schlachtfeld 

FREIHEIT ist unsere universelle Sehnsucht und unser uraltes Ziel. FREIHEIT ist keine äußere Bedingung, sondern eine innere Realität, die auf Selbstbeherrschung beruht. 

Themen: Unwissenheit und Erleuchtung; Wunsch (desire) und Streben (aspiration); Freiheit und Disziplin; die Ursachen und Heilung des Leidens. 

Übungen: Singen. 

Samstag 12.5 DIE REISE: Die ultimative Suche 

DIE REISE erforscht die ewigen Fragen: Wer bin ich? Warum bin ich hier? Wohin gehe ich? Was kann ich tun? 

Themen: Reinkarnation; die Evolution der Seele; der Sinn des Lebens; Selbsttranszendenz; persönliche Anstrengung und göttliche Gnade; das spirituelle Leben; die Liebesaffäre von Mensch und Gott. Körperliche Fitness; Diät und gesunde Lebensweise; ganzheitliches Wohlbefinden. 

Sonntag 13.5 DER WEG: die ultimative Erfüllung

DER WEG erforscht Sri Chinmoys Lehren und Beispiele als einen praktischen Plan zur Selbstvervollkommnung und Weltumwandlung (transformation). Entwerfen Sie Ihren eigenen Aktionsplan und beginnen Sie heute.  

Themen: Liebe, Hingabe und Hingabe; Gottverwirklichung; Gott-Manifestation; die Rolle eines Gurus; das Aufblühen des Göttlichen im Inneren; in der Welt leben; Verantwortung übernehmen; der Weg nach vorn für die Menschheit.

Übungen: Spirituelle Praxis und Disziplin; spirituelles Dienen.


Montag 25. September, 19 Uhr,  Einführung in die Meditation - Nivedak aus Italien

Die Berlin-Meditation-Week startet einem Vortrag und Meditations-Workshop mit Nivedak Corradini aus Milano. Gelebte Spiritualität und italienische dolce vita sind in dem Meditationsexperten Nivedak vereint. Er gibt den Startschuss für die Woche der Meditation und erklärt die ersten Schritte in eine erfolgreiche und erfüllende Meditationspraxis. Nivedak erzählt Anekdoten aus seinem eigenen Leben, welches er in den letzten 30 Jahren der Meditation und dem Weg der Selbsterforschung gewidmet hat.

Dienstag 26. September, 19 Uhr,  Folge deiner inneren Stimme und verändere dein Leben - Satyaki aus Wien

Meditation ist ja bekanntlich die Kunst, dem Herzen zu lauschen. Wie man seine innere Stimme wahrnimmt, welche verschiedenen Stimmen in uns wirken, welche die echte innere Stimme ist und wie wir zu einer intuitiven und intelligenten Lebensführung finden und   mit Hilfe der inneren Führung und der positiven Kraft, die wir von innen Schöpfen, unser Leben neu ausrichten können, werden an diesem Abend mit einigen praktischen Übungen behandelt.
Satyaki lebt in Wien und  ist Manager einer Geschäftskette, und ist ein echter moderner Yogi voller Weisheit und Humor. 

Mi, 27. 19 Uhr Meditationsworkshop mit Prachar Stegeman aus Australien 

Das Heimliche Highlight der Meditation Week ist der Meditationsabend mit Prachar Stegmann aus Canberra, Australien.

Die Weite, Kraft und die Klarheit des australischen Kontinents wird durch Prachar verkörpert. Seine Workshops und Meditationskurse erfreuen sich extrem hoher Beliebtheit. An diesem Abend gehen wir- aufbauend auf die vorherigen Abenden- aufs nächste Level bei der Meditation Week und wenn wir wollen- in unserem Leben. Prachar ist im Ramen seiner Deutschland-Tour an diesem Mittwoch bei uns in Berlin- don´t miss.

Thursday, September 28th 7 p.m. - Meditation and the power of mantras - Akshaya from Prague 

 Akshaya introduces us to the wonderful world of meditative sounds and mantras. This evening we will learn how sounds and mantras can help us in meditation and in our search for a higher and brighter consciousness and a fulfilled, happy life and we will have the opportunity to learn some mantras and meditative songs. Akashaya is also a wonderful meditation teacher who embodies the enthusiasm, sweetness and beauty of the spiritual worlds.


Friday, September 29th 7 p.m. - Basics of personality development with Fabian and Samalya - Berlin

Saturday September 30th 7 p.m. Mantra concert with Dinesh's band

The Dinesh Band's Matra concert is the crowning conclusion of the Berlin Meditation Week. 

Dinesh's band inspires with highly energetic mantra music, passion and bhakti power.  A “must see” in the world of meditation music.  The music is played on Eastern and Western instruments such as the sarangi and tabla, accompanied by a self-made guitar in pure tuning, djembe, sitar and singing.

 10-24.10. Structure of the course/follow-up

If you haven't had enough after the week of meditation, you are cordially invited to the advanced course, which is also free. The course takes place in October, every Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Lotus Hall. Here you have the opportunity to meditate regularly in a group and thus deepen your meditation practice.

On Tuesday we will go deep into meditation practice with Fabian. We take time to meditate together and cover the basics of personal development. Which environment and influences are helpful for my personal, spiritual and spiritual development? How do I implement the spiritual principles in my daily life? 

All evenings are free and are part of the activities regularly organized by the Sri Chinmoy Meditation Center.
